Dr. Yim invited Dr. Gabriel Doyle, assistant professor, from Department of Linguistics and Asian/Middle Eastern Language at San Diego State University. Dr. Yim and Dr. Doyle worked together with Dr. Micheal Frank's Lab in Stanford University during her sabbatical year. Dr. Doyle is a computational psycholinguist and gave a talk on Jan 12th to CSD graduate students. The title of the talk was 'Adults adapt to their conversational partners, especially if they're talking to children', and it was so meaningful time to know different approach to study child-parent interaction.
